Seeking qualified candidates for the following:
Process Engineering Manager
1 REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
1.1 Reports to the Plant Manager
2 PURPOSE AND DUTIES
2.1.1 To direct the engineering staff of the Hopkinsville Production Facility relating to products that are in production.
2.1.2 To coordinate the engineering efforts for existing product lines using FKK technology and knowledge.
2.1.3 To develop and monitor plant level budgets for maintenance, tooling, and utilities.
2.1.4 To direct Maintenance and Tooling group activities
2.1.5 To drive continuous improvement activities within the plant
2.1.6 To maintain accurate labor standards in AS400 system
2.2.1 To make engineering decisions and assign engineering projects as necessary.
2.2.2 Develop engineering, maintenance, and tooling policies and procedures.
2.2.3 To hire, replace and recommend merit reviews for subordinates.
3.1 Work cross functionally with other managers and maintain a team environment.
3.2 Direct the efforts of manufacturing, mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineers.
3.3 Provide direction for maintenance activities including PM/TPM, uptime improvement, and spare parts systems.
3.4 Develop and implement detailed plans for strategic and continuous improvement.
3.5 Assist in resolving ongoing quality and manufacturing issues.
3.6 Coordinate minor engineering changes for existing products.
3.7 Coordinate changes to plant layout and building modifications/expansions.
3.8 Train and develop a staff skilled in engineering activities.
3.9 Develop and manage maintenance, tooling, capital and engineering budgets.
3.10 Develop poke yoke for quality defects or concerns.
3.11 Engineer the processes to meet quality and production standards.
3.12 Direct the APQP activities for current programs.
3.13 Assist Quality department in gauge/check fixture development.
3.14 Direct all engineering activities associated with ISO & TS activities,
3.15 Coordinate activities between Fuji Kiko and the Hopkinsville Plant.
3.16 Study FKK Manufacturing systems and make improvements.
3.17 Coordinate all environmental activities for the plant.
3.18 To assure company keeps up with latest technology.
3.19 Support launch activities with Maintenance and Tooling resources and coordination of those resources.
4 ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
4.1 Direct Relationship

6.1 Graduate Engineer in either Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial,
Or Manufacturing. Prefer a Master’s degree.
6.2 Minimum of ten years experience in metal removal, stamping, welding,
injection molding, and assembly in the automotive industry.
6.3 Knowledge of work cells, single piece flow and J.I.T.
6.4 Ability to direct project from design through tooling. Direct all tasks such as ordering of tooling and equipment. Machine installation, prototype handling, container planning, quantity and placement of WIP, operator training, process control plans, budgeting, etc.
6.5 Experience in Advanced Quality Product Planning.
6.6 ISO and TS engineering management knowledge.
6.7 Understand Japanese manufacturing practices.
6.8 Ten years of increasing supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Director of Finance
1 REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
1.1 Reports to the President;
2 PURPOSE AND DUTIES
2.1.1 Responsible for organization’s overall financial plans, policies, and accounting practices;
2.1.2 Directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax and accounting services for the organization;
2.1.3 Establishes financial reporting system with controls and standards to safeguard organization assets;
2.1.4 Ensures labor cost pattern meets organizational and financial goals;
2.1.5 Develops statistical data;
2.2.1 Lead finance/accounting role within the organization;
2.2.2 Member of Corporate Staff;
2.2.3 Works with Staff to identify needed resources to achieve organization goals;
2.2.4 With Corporate Staff, sets policy for the organization;
3.1 Plans and directs the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial results and forecasts;
3.2 Plans and directs the preparation of annual budgets within prescribed timelines;
3.3 Develops implements and monitors a system of internal control processes and procedures to ensure the integrity of all fiscal functions. With Director of Administration, takes lead role in JSOX implementation;
3.4 Oversees the functional areas of General Ledger accounting, accounts payable, and tax reporting;
3.5 Participates with Corporate Staff as a strategic partner in the development of business plans and related programs;
3.6 Evaluates and advises on the financial impact of long range planning, the introduction of new programs and business strategies as well as regulatory changes;
3.7 Develops credibility for the finance function across the organization. Supports manufacturing in providing accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and trends to assist in the performance of their responsibilities;
3.8 Monitors the availability of cash and the organization’s financial strength on an ongoing basis;
3.9 Ensures preparation for annual audit;
3.10 Assists in providing special cost studies as required;
3.11 Directs estimating function.
4.1 Financial reporting accuracy and timeliness;
4.2 Financial flexibility and cash management;
4.3 Overall plant performance;
4.4 Delivery of financial support which helps company operate at peak profitability, productivity and flexibility;
4.5 Effective and productive meetings;
4.6 Rationalization/Improvement performance;
5.1 Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Japanese and domestic Automotive OEM;
5.2 Bachelor's degree in accounting or Financial Management. CPA designation. Master’s degree in related field preferred;
5.3 Working knowledge of TQM, ISO 9000, Six Sigma and QS 9000, J-Sox or Sox.
5.4 Master of accounting systems and interpretation of financial data/performance;
5.5 Counseling and motivation skills appropriate to leadership position;
5.6 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
5.7 Ability to train and lead;
5.8 Team player.
